His synopsis for the film was as follows: "In order to put his creativity to proper use, Nolan Nirty, a delusional 17-year-old, drops out of school and assembles a team of oddball underachievers to help him think of the world's next revolutionary idea." This film shows how sometimes it's not the idea that determines a team's success but the relationships of its members to each other. Often what actually matters is just how well people work together. It's about whether they get along, whether the chemistry is there, and whether they think in ways that are similar but not too similar.
